Non-Tox Loads For 16 & 28 Gauges

Non-Tox Loads For 16 & 28 Gauges

Hunters who enjoy using fine old double-barreled shotguns now have Hevi Shot Classic Doubles shotshells with newly available offerings in 16 and 28 gauge, as well as .410 bore. These special loads are 26 percent denser than steel, providing better knockdown power at longer range, while being soft like lead for safe use with vintage barrels and fixed chokes.

They are also denser, stronger and harder hitting than bismuth pellets. They are buffered for tight patterns and place 45 percent more on target pellets than steel. Classic Doubles also have deeper penetration because they do not deform. Their crimps are sealed for water resistance for better performance in all weather. They are USFWS approved.
